While we are on this hardware-problem topic:

I've a problem with my TK50. It took all the tape out of the cassette
and onto the reel (the tape is not at all fixed to the in-casette-reel).
I opened the box and the cassette and reconnected the tape to the 
in-cassette-reel (more firmly than before). But even now the TK50
refuses to wind the tape back into the cassette ...

Any hints, any ideas ???
