I've a uVAX II (KA630-A) with an RD53 and a TK50 on it.  I'm trying to get it
to boot some tapes that I've gotten to install an OS on the hard drive.  The
problem is this - when copying the miniroot to the disk - the controller
has severe problems spinning up the drive.  The error message says it has
problems ONLINEing the drive, and the drive seems to go through this "yo-yo"
sort of spin up cycle, spinning up and down, up and down.  I've replaced both
the drive and the controller in the system to no avail.  Does anybody have 
any suggestions of something I may be completely missing?
