:-) Yes, boot supports Massbuss but kernel don't. I myself use
to boot of an Massbuss disk and then mount the root filesystem
on a RA81. The Massbuss disk is dual-ported and shared between
2 11/750's, one on which i compile kernels and one that I use
for test boot purposes.

There is none - yet! As soon as userspace works correctly then
it will be put up together with install notes. You still need
4.3BSD to run this port.

I dont know anything about an PDP11 port, but it should be
possible to do it if you fiddles around with the linker a bit.
But it requires time for the one that does it :-) If I should
port NetBSD to a PDP, then it would be a DEC 2060 because of its
huge address space.
