Sure, I think my local ftp manager would not object. The location would be:

holly.ece.concordia.ca in /pub/os, or in a subdirectory of it.

If not, I'll put it into my public directory and you will be able to get it
via WWW. The link would be http://www.ece.concordia.ca/~j_thiema/addr.html
And I would put a link to the gzipped tar file in there.
