That's awesome Manuel.  How did you setup TME to allow more than  32Mb?  If I 
setup my-sun3-eeprom.bin and MY-SUN3 startup script to 32Mb,  everything 
works fine, and the prom screen shows 32MB memory installed, then  NetBSD inside 
the emulator reports total: 32768KB, avail: 30320KB.
 
If I setup the eeprom/startup with 64Mb, everything seems to work fine, but  
the prom screen and NetBSD (inside the emulator) still report 32Mb.
 
If I setup with 128Mb, then tme core dumps immediately upon initial  
execution.
 
After those experiments, I didn't further experiment with > 32Mb of  memory.
