b sd(0,30,4) will boot SunOS 4.1.1 Slice 4 (sun3)
and b sd(0,30,3) will boot the Sun3x-Version.

Your CD-Rom needs to support 512Byte-Blocks (that's what cutting
the solder pads does to the Toshiba). You might also try the
Plextor-Drives...the older ones have a jumper to set the correct Size.

For SunOS 4.1.1 you need a patch (try http://sun3arc.krupp.net) to
get HSFS-Support (It's a backport from 4.1.3-Code).
