I am trying to install NetBSD 1.2.1 on my Sun 3/50M. It has 8Mb RAM and is
currently running SunOS. I created the tapes as told on my QIC-24 tape drive.
I booted off the first tape and everything went fine until I got to where I'm
supposed to get the miniroot onto my swap partition, I did
mt -f /dev/nrst0 fsf 2
and got the following
st0(si0:4:0):medium error, info = 2(decimal), data = 07 03 80
mt:/dev/nrst0:fsf:Input / output error

Can someone please help me with this? Thanks.
