/tftpboot *should* contain the Sun-3 boot program.  You point that
at the miniroot by means of bootparams.

Sun-3s don't load kernels by tftp, they load them via NFS.

Check out "man diskless" for more info (perhaps after extracting it
from the appropriate tarball :-)
