I'm getting this message from my Sun 3/50 running basically a virgin 1.2
system:

pin# ifconfig le0 inet 205.219.85.132 mtu 1400 up                       
ifconfig: mtu: bad value

Strangely enough, when I look at the ifconfig man page, it doesn't list the
mtu keyword. My other NetBSD systems have it, however.

Anyone know what's up with this? How else do I set the MTU on an interface
besides using ifconfig?

Any help much appreciated--I really need to be able to lower the MTU.
