Hmm, what os version are you running?

If you are using current before appearing the swapctl(2) system call,
you can compile top-3.4 by `netbsd10' config without any patches,
I think.

By the way, if you disable the #USE_SWAP define,
you also can compile top-3.4 by `netbsd10' config with no patches
on newer system.
(My patch has no sence without #USE_SWAP define.)
