If you are running NetBSD-1.2R, you can compile top-3.4
with `netbsd10' config.

If you are using NetBSD-current, apply following patch at
http://www.ceres.dti.ne.jp/~tsutsui/top-3.4-netbsd13.diff
and use `netbsd13' config.

I tested this patch only on i386,
but I think it should work on all arch.
