i've got this sun3/160 with no xy, sd, or st.  it has an onboard ie ethernet
device that i'm attempting to boot from.

i've installed the binary distribution, a swap file, and a generic kernel in an
nfs accessible space and a copy of "netboot" in the appropriate location for
tftpd on the "server" box.

i fear an ethernet problem/conflict.  a series of errors along the lines of
ie0: TDR detected an open 8197 clocks away
ie0: receiver not ready
ie0: reset
plague me.

it successfully boots the kernel but won't get any further...  if i look at the
"server" box, the nfs mounts dissapear as soon as i get the kernel has finished
mounting.

oh, btw, i'm using an acsys ethernet trans. to a 10Mb switched segment.

any clues?  is init hosed?  transcript of a standard session below...
