I suspect it is the first kernel instruction because of this special
address.  If it were the first instruction of the bootstrap, it would
probably be 0x00000000.  This is why I asked if there were any lines left
out of Rick's post - I wanted to see whether or not this was before or
after the bootloaded loaded.
