No, a 3/180 is not a sun3x. But - you haven't listed any memory cards.
The 3004 CPU has 4 megs (usually) on the cpu card, and the rest is normally
4 meg VME cards. I don't think you can have as much as 32M in it.
The 3004 CPU, which is used in the 3/75/140/150/160/180 can have these partnumbers:
501-1074
501-1094
501-1163
501-1164
501-1208
Normal 4M memory cards are 501-1132, and the 370-1082 is a Xylogics 451 SMD disk controller.
