I've been getting those errors under heavy (or even moderate) system load
on kernels made from source supped less than 3 weeks ago. I've not had
a chance to see what exactly is causing it, but yes, it's repeatable here.
My system dies with those errors after 10-15 mins of use with a current
kernel.
I suspect it's either the "new, bugfixed VM" stuff, or whatever all that
new interface inheritance business was, both of which got committed
a week or so back, when the trouble started. ;-) (As you can
tell, I've not been paying much attention lately)
