Hi all,

many thanks for all who replied to my first mail regarding the video
cable which got the monitor going ;)

I've also run the diagnostics and passed all tests. I now have started
to set my system to boot the sun3 diskless. Here I have encountered a
new problem.

The following message is printed onto the sun3 console:

------------ snip ---------------
Selftest Completed

Testing 16 Megabytes of Memory ... Completed.

Auto-boot in progress...
Requesting Internet address for 8:0:20:6:64:49
Using IP Address 202.12.89.53 = CA0C5935
Boot: le(0,0,0)
Booting from tftp server at 202.12.89.49 = CA0C5931
Downloaded 101800 bytes from tftp server.

Using IP Address 202.12.89.53 = CA0C5935
No bootparam server responding; still trying
------------ snip -----------------

Its looking promising, but what is the next step?

I am using the SunOS kernel at the moment, but want to changeover to
NetBSD since the rest of my system all run NetBSD ;)

Will download the sun3 snapshot tonight....

Many thanks in advance
