Sorry, I missed your plea first time round.

Speaking for the UK, I never found a supplier which had them in stock - I
had them custom made.  They cost about 30 UK pounds = roughly 45 US$ each.

I suggest you have them custom made also by a local electronics firm if you
can find them.
