Just installed the new kernel, and serial port performance is noticeably
better. Unfortunately, slirp still does not work. Does anyone know why
this might be? Do I need to escape certain characters? Use stty to do
some magic? (I'm using slirp as the user's login shell at 19200 baud, and
the /etc/ttys line invokes getty with std.19200, on, and crtscts. Is this
right?
