A couple bugs were found and fixed recently in the new zs driver.
One of them definitely broke PPP and SLIP.  The other caused it
to generate invalid pointers... (sigh)  All fixed now, I hope.

I did some testing on the new zs driver last evening, blasting
data at it from another machine (SunOS) at 19200, and nothing
got dropped as far as I can tell.  This is a -current kernel.

I'll put a -current kernel on ftp.netbsd.org later.
