I am still getting frequent errors regarding floating point, even
though it is configured...

i usually get "pid xx killed, no floating point support" even though
i have fpu0 defined

it doesnt happen all the time, but enuf to be annoying.

also, i mentioned earlier about the Exec: short read error upon
booting.  This is another one of those annoying things... i have
to either restart the machine, or L1-a like 50 times before i
can get a resonable boot out of my system.  Any explanations 
for this??
