Im having trouble configuring my drive.  After labeling, when I try to 
install miniroot in the swap partition I get the error:

sd0(si:0,0,0): medium error, info = 200192 (decimal), data 00 00 00 00 15 
00 00
dd: /dev/rsd0b Input/putput error

I have tried about everything that I can.  I'm using a cdc 94161-155 
drive (the spec sheet I have indicates that is low level formatted at the 
factory). I don't know what was on the drive prior to my owning it, but 
was empty when I got it.
Any help would be appreciated.
