I don't know how well it will run under FreeBSD, but I should think
that there wouldn't be any problems. Bootparamd source can be found
on any site that carries NetBSD source. You might try ftp.netbsd.org,
in /pub/NetBSD/NetBSD-current/src/usr.sbin/rpc.bootparamd.
