There are NetBSD/sun3 binaries on:  (last I looked)
 ftp.netbsd.org:/pub/NetBSD/arch/sun3
Of course, that machine is off the air for a while.

Unfortunately, I have not updated those binaries for a long time.
(I will try to do it soon, once everyting works here...)

If you really need later binaries, you can use the amiga binaries.
