The port compiles again, including the pmap queue stuff that payam
pointed out.

Gordon is working on the scsi stuff, committing his serial stuff, etc.
He now has a lamp account, and my extra 3/50.  So hopefully there will
be no period in which we are both really busy.

I'm trying to track down that stupid pmap bug that i keep getting
frustrated with.  Should have kgdb soon.  DDB almost compiles but i'm
tyring to figure out one last bit.
