I'm not sure about the first one:

but these look like the candidates, indeed:

and I'm not sure if these have anything behind them:

We don't have drivers for the LM76 nor the ADT7462, but they shouldn't be
too difficult to write - we have drivers for similar chips and documents
are available.

PS.  I haven't had a chance to do anything with my U45 for quite a while.
However, I could try to get it set up in the next few weeks.
