re: sparc64 vs. gcc 4.8

i ran my sb2500 (silver) with a 5-20 load average test for about
4 days straight recently, and it didn't trip up a thing.  this
is with 7.99.1 and GCC 4.8.  i was running 4 different builds plus
an openssl speed, in continuous loop.


i think the best way to try to figure it out would be to compile
some of the kernel with 4.5 and some with 4.8 and eventually find
what is failing :-(  which sucks.
