Can you paste the cpu attach lines from dmesg?
The cpus are identified by UPA id numbers, which is often not identical to
the (order of attachment) number identifying the cpu for autconf, i.e. cpu0
might have UPA ID 2 and cpu1 UPA ID 0.

This is not the same as the UPA slot number.
