I don't see any environment variables and this even happens with "env -"

/usr/src/build.sh -j4 -x -m sparc64 -T /usr/cross/sparc64 -U -u distribution 
release iso-image

and

/usr/src/build.sh -j4 -m sparc64 -T /usr/cross/sparc64 obj tools

Fail.
