Netra X1 installation hang?

  Hey folks.  I'm trying to install NetBSD/sparc64 v5.0.2 from CD on a
Netra X1, and it's hanging here:

  ...then it just sits there.  I've tried two different burns of the
5.0.2 CD, I've tried the 5.0.1 CD, I've tried three different machines
and two different CDROM drives.  Dropping to ddb and doing "bt" says this:

  I don't recall having run into this one before.  Can anyone shed some
light on this?
