IIRC radeons need the scanline size (in bytes ) to be a multiple of 64  
or something like that, I think I've seen code in radeonfb to take  
care of that - no clue if it actually works though.

The Xserver should Just Work(tm)
So, did you have any trouble with the onboard ohci and bge?
