lom(4) driver has been commited

Hi folks,

I just commited the lom(4) driver ported from OpenBSD.  It supports
the LOMlite found on Netra t1 and the LOMlite2 found on Netra T1/X1
and Fire V100/V120.

It works fine on my Netra X1 as below:
