Xorg + keyboard config

Hi, I've installed NetBSD-5 beta on Ultra 10, when I start Xserver, the 
keyboard doesn't work right, i.e. they keys are not mapped properly, most 
keys don't print anything. Any idea what the keyboard section in xorg.conf 
should look like?

I've tried copying the old keyboard config from XF86Config file

Section "InputDevice"
        Identifier  "Keyboard0"
        Driver      "kbd"
        Option      "Protocol" "wskbd"
        Option      "Device" "/dev/wskbd"
        Option      "XkbLayout"   "us"

but when I press any key with the above config, the Xserver simply exits...
