The conversion to device_t?

mpt.h doesn't use struct device or device_t.

mpt_netbsd.h does so I assume this is the file that should include it
(in addition to scsiconf.h).

If you like, I'd be more than happy to do the conversions. I've been 
wanting to get my hands dirty with the NetBSD kernel for a while. :)
