Yes, my U10 is running a 160GB drive at the moment.

Very :( They only do ATA33 with no DMA. If disk IO is important to  
you pop a SCSI adapter in there and nice fast drive.

None that I'm aware of...they're generally very good machines for  
running NetBSD, imho.
