ick.  what a sneaky end-run around the GPL.  God forbid their
competitors would get access to their precious precious secret
software for making the CPU chips they sell perform reasonably.

I'm starting to feel like the chief export of American companies is
Deceit.

Anyway, if you do use that compiler, be sure not to post to this list
how much it improves NetBSD's speed over a release built with regular
gcc.  That would violate Paragraph (5) Clause (f) of your license with
Sun.  You have Already Agreed.
