If I am not mistaken, these are just the capabilities the *drive* reports.

The "using" line is the important one, and you can see that the
IDE chip in the Ultra5/10 does not support UDMA at all.

In appendix C, there is a section on PCI speed.  All secondary buses
are 33MHz.
