Ah, seems as if this happens with Blade 100s with certain firmware
versions. Take a look at this thread from port-sparc64:

Can you try downgrading to OpenPROM 4.5.9? That seems to sort out the
interrupt routing issues for some people. According to the above thread,
you can grab it from

Not sure if anyone wants some OF dumps, etc before you downgrade?
