COMPAT_NETBSD32 is currently not really usable on sparc64. But you can
run a 32 bit UltraSPARC kernel on your machine. This kernel uses the 32
bit sparc userland and is not able to execute any 64 bit apps.

AFAIK you can't use the sparc64 X11 support in this situation.
