Well. As you can get a Ultra 60 in the range 100..150 EUR (dual 300 MHz
to 450 MHz) and Blade 1000 with single 750 MHz CPU for around 250,- EUR,
the Blade 150 seems to be really overpriced. (Prices based on ebay.de)

So I would say "go for a Blade 1000". But unfortunately thay are based
on the US III and this CPU is currently not supported by NetBSD.

Conclusion: Blade 100.
