Gnome is buggy like hell. Nautilus and the panel crash every other login
attempt. I gave up trying, since every new version just replaced old bugs
with other bugs. YMMV, of course.

P.S.: not all of those crashes are sparc64 specific, the panel likes to crash
on my i386 notebook as well.
