Here we have the USB controller...

... but no USB devices.=20

They should be detected at about the same time as the IDE devices, so
that's where the problem is. Does it help to unplug the keyboard and
plug it back in after IDE devices are detected? Or does it report any
other USB devices you connect after booting?
