do you have both an internal ATI and the Elite 3D ?

I'm having the same kinda issue with the internal ATI and a PCI PGX64.
################################
(II) ATI:  Candidate "Device" section "Card0".
(II) ATI:  Candidate "Device" section "Card1".
(II) ATI:  Unshared PCI/AGP Mach64 in slot 1:2:0 detected.

Fatal server error:
xf86MapVidMem: could not mmap screen [s=2000,a=12000000] (Invalid argument)
