I've Ultra 10 with Elite3D which supports 1280x1024@85Hz. I'm using a
VGA monitor with an adaptor. I've tried setting the following resolution
and refresh rate:

ok setenv output-device screen:r1280x1024x85

however it always boots at 66Hz refresh rate, which is quite annoying.
The card and the monitor support that resolution and 85Hz refresh rate.

On Solairs, Xserver somehow switches refresh rate from 66Hz to 85Hz,
which then stays on untill the machine is rebooted. Is there a trick to
do the same with netbsd, or to force open boot to set 85Hz refresh rate?
