 this one tells me everything's all right (cf attached).
 except I have 512Mo of RAM and memtester only use 128.
 on PROM's memory check, 512 are seen (same as is dmesg).

 It wasn't - I switched it to 'true' before all thoses testings.
 I was on my way to compile "hbench-OS" (with nice -n 20) when the U10 freezed.
 Still nothing on console, keyboard lock, ...
