Thanks Eduardo for the awesome list of ways to install netbsd.

Since the isos on the ftp sites are bootable for others, looks like the
problem resides between my keyboard and chair :D

When I say the isos are not working for me, when I boot up the sun box
with the disk in there. I do "stop-a" and at the ok prompt type boot
cdrom. I had it set up in the openboot system (not sure what the
correct name for their bios is) and thought it was set up correctly.
Could be pointing to the wrong device I will have to check that. But I
get an error saying it can't read disk label and cannot open disk label
package.

I was not using cdrecord to burn the iso images. I used disk manager,
cdrecord is not playing nice with os x. The scanbus switch fails on it
and when I point to the device directly it doesn't like it either, so I
will do some more research to find out why.

So the problem is either with how they are getting burned or the cdrom
alias is pointing to something else, or both :D

Thanks for all of the assistance guys, it actually helped me get into
the correct direction of figuring out this problem.
