Yeah, that did it. It just didn't seem sensible to blank something for
the sake of blanking. But when you look at it from a memory disclosure
perspective it makes more sense.
Maybe someday we'll have a kernel option "PARANOID" that enables things
like blanking and randomization for these reasons, which people can turn
off to save some cycles. Or doesn't it really matter? :)
