Hello all,
I have a Sun Ultra 2 with dual 300's, 1 gig of ram
NetBSD sparc64 has been installed and is running
nicely. no problems so far. networking is great, I
installed pico using pkg_add, I installed gmake using
pkg_add. its all good.

I then installed BitchX using pkg_add after
downloading BitchX from the ftp server (the one for
sparc64) I then run pkg_add bitchx......tgz
it does its thing,
I then log run BitchX after adding it to Path
it goes in just fine
it loads the IRC server I ask it to
i then join a channel
right here it kicks me out of BitchX and says
Bus Error (Core Dump) and locks my SSH teminal, I then
have to log out and back in again

any advice or help?

I also tried compiling BitchX from the source from
there website . I don't get the Core dump problem but
I get a terminal problem

I tried telnet and putty same thing

any help to either of these problems is GREATly
apreciated

links/help/hints/tips anything as I am at a loss with
this
