I use:
	cvs -d $CVSROOT update -dPA

in /usr/src, which is where my stuff goes. I changed that to -AdP per 
the O'Reilly CVS pocket reference, and it didn't change anything.

My osrelease.sh has 1.6T, and the other files it mentions to check look 
good. _NetBSD_Version_ is 1.6T as well.

Could this be held back because my kernel is still 1.6R? Should I build 
the kernel before the tools?
