here is output from ifconfig

hme0: flags=8a63<UP,BROADCAST,NOTRAILERS,RUNNING,ALLMULTI,SIMPLEX,MULTICAST>
mtu 1500
        address: 08:00:20:cf:50:d0
        media: Ethernet autoselect (100baseTX)
        status: active
        inet 172.16.16.200 netmask 0xffffff00 broadcast 172.16.16.255
        inet6 fe80::a00:20ff:fecf:50d0%hme0 prefixlen 64 scopeid 0x1

the problem is that I have a 3com switch office-connect.
If I stop ultra10 boot at OpenBoot the ethernet port status is 100Mbits
full duplex. as soon as NetBSD boots it goes in half-duplex SIMPLEX and I
do not know why. THen I got those errors...
anyone has an idea?? looks like this is only a problem of mine I could not
find anything usefull on google. I found 1 issue but I did not understand
the problem.
