Curious about this, as well.

I noticed on the NetBSD sparc64 FAQ, it mentions that the onboard SCSI
controller (fas) is not supported.

If you take a look at the "supported models" page, it mentions that the
onboard SCSI is supported in an Ultra2.

Which should I believe? :)
